GH 1000 Dry Polymer Mixing System

The GREYHAWK 1000 Dry Polymer Mixing and injection system is a recommended option to produce rapid settling of the ultra fines. The GREYHAWK 1000 features a stainless steel hopper, auger and funnel for introducing the dry chemical into the activation chamber. The activation chamber and the aging chamber have hydrofoil mixers to insure proper mixing within the 1000 gallon polypropylene tank. A complete electrical control cabinet controls the entire process.

  • 1000-gallon polypropylene tank with ¾” walls
  • Fabricated mild steel frame
  • Stainless Steel hopper and metering auger with VFD
  • Hopper Capacity of 110lbs, with a low-level limit switch
  • Progressive cavity injection pump with VFD – 12GPM max
  • Activation chamber with two 12” hydrofoil impellers
  • Aging chamber with two 15” hydrofoil impellers
  • Two-way electric actuated brass ball valve
  • 30 GPM water supply required

Electrical:

  • 480VAC, 60HZ, 3PH, with 120VAC control voltage
  • HOA switches with relays and timers

General:

All mild steel will be sandblasted, two-part epoxy primer painted one coat and two-part urethane finish painted one coat.

GH 2000 Dry Polymer Mixing System

The GREYHAWK 2000 Dry Polymer Mixing and injection system features a 2000-gallon polypropylene tank to hold even more material than the GH 1000. 

Equipped As Follows:

  • 2000-gallon polypropylene tank with ¾” walls
  • Fabricated mild steel frame
  • Stainless Steel hopper and metering auger with VFD
  • Hopper Capacity of 110lbs, with a low-level limit switch
  • Progressive cavity injection pump (0-20GPM) with VFD
  • Activation chamber with two 12” hydrofoil impellers
  • Aging chamber with two 15” hydrofoil impellers
  • Two-way electric actuated brass ball valve
  • 30 GPM water supply required

  • HOA switches with relays and timers

General:
