Setting adjustment-Hydraulic

  • Crusher closed side setting is adjusted with hydraulically operated wedges by moving the wedges in or out with hydraulic cylinders. Provides seamless setting adjustment. Quick, easy and safe. Preferred especially in case crusher setting is adjusted often due to need of wear compensation or for any other reason.

  • C130 utilizes the damper design shown in the picture 2.Vulcanized rubber between two rigid steel plates makes it possible to carry both horizontal and vertical loads with single component. This design makes the crusher run smoothly and absorbs momentary force spikes.

Motor base-Integral w/o support bearings

  • The integral motor support is easy to assemble, maintain and service. It decreases installation space requirements as well as costs and increases V-belt lifetime. It rests in the back of the main frame and is attached to the crusher by means of bolts.

  • C Series jaw crushers can be equipped with durable composite or sheet metal fabricated flywheel/drive guards for safety reasons. The guards are easy to open for inspection/maintenance.

Manual greasing hoses-Grease distributor and hoses

  • Manual centralized lubrication of the crusher main bearings. The equipment includes a distributor and all necessary hoses between the distributor and the four (4) eccentric bearings.

  • In total 4 drillings for temperature sensors. On the pitman (2 pcs.) and crusher frame bearing housings (1 / each).

Feed chute - Heavy duty

  • The steel fabricated feed chute is bolted onto the crusher. The feed chute acts as an interface between the feeder and the crusher and ensures smooth material flow into the crusher cavity. It also protects the pitman head as well as the side plates.
  • Includes optional Cavity Level Sensor
