GreyHawk Ultra Fines Recovery Plant

The GREYHAWK Ultra Fines Recovery Plants are designed to provide maximum performance in reducing pond sedimentation, while producing dry, marketable sand for immediate sale. The fine solids found in sand screw overflow can be extracted by pumping the slurry through McLanahan Hydrocyclones, and dried on McLanahan Dewatering screen. The remaining Ultra fines are then treated with a flocculent mixture for rapid settling of the remaining sediment. Acres of ponds and dragline time are replaced with the GREYHAWK Ultra Fines Recovery Plant.
